Ginza Place, Tokyo   opened at the end of September 2016. Located on the main crossroads in Ginza on one of the most important corners in Tokyo if not Japan, Ginza Place has become a new landmark and gateway to the rejuvenation of Ginza.
  Open House  is a collection of restaurants, bars, gallery and co-working spaces, all located inside Central Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand. Open House was opened to the public in March 2017. 
 Klein Dytham architecture designed the flagship showroom and brand experience centre for  BMW Group Tokyo Bay , one of only two global model showrooms for the car manufacturer.    
  HME-FOR-ALL Soma City, Summer 2015  We are delighted to announce that this project has just won the World Architectural Festival 'Culture' Category. There were 12 other world class nominations - we are extremely humbled to have been given the top award. Congratulations to the whole team who made this project possible including Toyo Ito Architects and Associates, HOME-FOR-ALL NPO, Arup Japan and the construction company Shelter. The project was funded by donations made through T-Point Japan, generous individual donations, product and material donations - and all professional work was undertaken pro-bono.   Gallery TOTO  is located in the new Sky Lounge 'WA' in Terminal 2 at Narita International Airport. It doubles as a showroom for the iconic TOTO's state-of-the art designs whilst also providing an essential facility for the modern traveller.
  Klein Dytham architecture's  Daikanyama T-Site  is a campus-like complex for Tsutaya, a giant in Japan’s book, music, and movie retail market. It was opened to the public in December 2011. 
  Shonan T-SITE , the second bookstore project created by Klein Dytham architecture for Tsutaya, Japan’s leading media and retail company, opened in December 2014.
  The  Leaf Chapel  sits within the grounds of the Risonare hotel resort in Kobuchizawa, a refreshingly green setting with beautiful views to the southern Japanese Alps, Yatsugatake peaks and Mt. Fuji.  It was completed in April 2004.
  The  Koban  is a police box in Kumamoto Prefecture, and was commissioned as part of the Kumamoto Artpolis program under the current commissioner Toyo Ito. It was completed in March 2011.
  Brillare  is a dining and party space, an addition to the Risonare wedding resort where the  Leaf Chapel  is located. This project was completed in September 2005.
  Koe House  is a lifestyle store in a trendy Tokyo suburb, opened in November 2016. The structure is made entirely from wood.
